Goal Mapping

Having been involved at various levels and roles within the world of personal development since the late 1980’s, i have come across two major recurring themes running my clients lives.

1) A sense of feeling unable to create the level of success (financially, romantically, physically, spiritually) they desire to live the Lifestyle of their choosing

2) A lack of direction and motivation

These two themes are of course heavily disguised as depression, weight gain, smoking, drinking, a feeling of self-loathing, of not feeling good enough, mood swings, hurt, guilt, fear, anger etc.

So as i thought about my own mission statement ‘To inspire and Empower’ i began to explore how to best address these two recurring themes.

i decided to either create, or discover and utilise, a powerful personal development workshop that focused on turning peoples lives into inspiring and empowering journeys.

This workshop had to not only be powerful and effective, it also had to be fun and interactive, teaching a real skill that you could walk away with and use on a daily basis to keep you focused and motivated at both a conscious and sub-conscious level. i also wanted it to be something you could attend and achieve in a single day…

And as i looked back at all the ideas, tools and techniques that i had personally learned and applied to my own life, one system kept leaping out at me over and over again… it has been the most powerful and consistent system i have EVER used, and of course the good news was; it already existed!
